Heatless Purge Dryers | ZEKS Compressed Air Dryers

MPS Hydronix™ Heatless Purge Dryers are compact and remove moisture from compressed air to achieve dew points from -40°F to as low as -100°F. The compact design makes it suitable even at the places where there is limited space. The dryers come with a twin-tower design for heatless regeneration and can be used for any critical industrial application. For desiccant operation and simultaneous drying the flow is alternated between the towers using a valve to get very dry compressed air continuously. The solid state timer controls the operation of the dryers. The moisture load control system in the ZEKS dryers reduces the purge air needs significantly and also has a Failure -to-shift (FTS) alarm. They are efficient and help in energy and cost savings.
