AERZEN POSITIVE DISPLACEMENT VACUUM PUMPS

Aerzen vacuum blowers are fitted with fluor rubber (FKM) O-ring seals at the casing flanges to provide unmatched vacuum tightness that prevents leakage. They also come with a special oil slinger-piston ring-labyrinth seal between the bearing and conveying chambers and an adequately proportioned neutral chamber with condensate channels that you can purge with seal gas to achieve increased sealing. Double radial seal rings with an oil chamber guarantee the drive shaft’s sealing; splash lubrication supplies the lubrication oil (PTFE or mineral oil) and is used to convey oxygen. Direct coupling with a motor drives the blower.
